On Feb.11th, the company launched human resources meeting to discuss how to attract new and old staff for timely returning to work after spring festival. The company required all factories to take effective measures according to their own circumstances. It demanded them to keep old staff as well as recruit more new staff so as to achieve the plans made before the spring festival and provide human resources guarantee for the production and export missions.
The company required all factories to submit all staff’s attendance rate to them and timely report the problems and the reasons behind it as well as propose solutions. The human resources dept. should communicate and coordinate with them to timely prepare for new staff’s work and promote the employment work of all factories.
